Debianのアップグレードは何度か記事にしているので、前回のDebian10から11へのアップグレード とほぼ同じ作業で更新出来ます。
違いは、non-freeを追加する際に、source.listに少し変更があるだけです
/etc/apt/sources.listの各リポジトリ欄のmainの後にnon-free non-free-firmwareを追加するだけです。

deb-src http://ftp.riken.jp/Linux/debian/debian/ bookworm-updates main non-free non-free-firmwareちなみに、10から12への直接更新は失敗した経緯がありますので、旧バージョンからアップグレードする場合は、順に(10->11->12)更新した方が無難かと思います
